MAPA protects athletes' NIL rights and turns athletic activity into measurable NIL Pay value. Our team provides student-athletes and families a clear way to understand their opportunities, protect their interests, and build income from the moments they create.

Since the beginning of the athlete compensation and NIL era in 2021, Marquell and Malik have developed relationships with elite athletes, families, and athletics stakeholders that need NIL protection, monetization, advice, and support. Currently, MAPA is providing NIL consulting to athletes, parents, trainers, and institutions that sign up for a MAPA Account. Customers that pay $25 or $50 as an activation fee for a MAPA Account will receive at least 30 or 60 minutes of NIL consulting from our NIL experts, with additional consulting available for additional pay. MAPA is also in the midst of expanding partnerships that strengthen its national position in the NIL and athlete pay ecosystems sprouting up in youth, collegiate, and amateur spaces

Malik S. Jackson, Esq.

Since 2019 Marquell Oliver, President of MAPA Ticketing Inc. (“MAPA”), has been involved in providing athlete services and strategic project development. This includes Marquell’s support of professional athletes, development of public-private partnerships, and work for sports teams such as the Orlando Magic and Washington Commanders. As a youth coach, Marquell advised talent and stakeholders across civic, technology, entertainment, and sports sectors. Marquell’s aim with MAPA is to continue educating and protecting athletes’ rights and ownership opportunities.

Malik S. Jackson, Esq.

Malik S. Jackson, Esquire, Vice President of MAPA, brings unique and informed firsthand experience to MAPA as a lawyer and former middle school teacher, athletic coach, and college quarterback (Princeton). Malik’s experience in representing legal clients concerning Florida’s NIL laws, NCAA and conference recruiting and eligibility rules and processes, charitable activities, NIL contracts, college athlete institutional revenue share contracts, and other commercialization of an athlete’s property variously since the advent of the NIL era in July of 2021 are key to MAPA’s trainer and athlete solutions.
